DR. CHASE LOBRANO

Raised in Baker, Louisiana, just outside Baton Rouge, Dr. Lobrano developed an early appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys various athletic activities. He and his wife, Dr. Susan Lobrano, whom he met and married during medical school at LSU Health-Shreveport, balance their professional and family lives with dedication. Together, they are proud parents of a daughter and two sons, and Dr. Lobrano attributes much of his personal and professional success to his wife’s exceptional support and partnership.

From a young age, Dr. Lobrano was drawn to medicine. He gained experience in medical clinics and hospitals throughout his teens and college years. His passion for orthopedics naturally guided him to an orthopedic residency and subsequent fellowship in adult hip and knee reconstruction.

Chase Lobrano, MD, has been a distinguished member of the FLEX Institute since 2017. As a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Lobrano excels in adult joint reconstruction, focusing on knee and hip replacements. And also uses his years of training as an associate professor at LSU Oschner, teaching orthopedic residents about total joint replacement.

He is at the forefront of utilizing leading-edge techniques, including Mako Robotic Joint Replacement for both partial and total knee, as well as innovative hip replacement procedures including the Direct Anterior Approach.
